For Caregivers
Once I stepped into a Caregiving role for my Father, and soon after for my Mother, an entirely new world emerged. I evolved during a period of intense growth through learning. All the things I never considered showed up in big ways and I needed to quickly assimilate to the world of caregiving, dementia, senior living, legal planning, medical terminology, palliative care, hospice and mortality! My way of living as a wife and mom shifted and friendships moved to the back burner as I poured myself into my new role.
