Find Your Peace Experiences!

FYP was launched by three Westminster women who specialize in the field of wellness. Rachael Karcz, owner of The Girl Next Door Holistic Beauty and Healing Center, Brooke Hagerty, Owner of The Chick, and Julie Cassaday owner of Tanglewood Life Coaching, Speaking and Reiki. Our vision is to guide others to inner peace and healing in the setting of a group experience. At FYP we believe that time spent away from the daily routine, immersing team members in self-care practices which feed the body and soul, can only strengthen the morale and cohesiveness within your organization.
 
What you can expect is a six-hour (9 AM – 3 PM) event held at The Little Peace of Heaven Ranch at 1835 Gablehammer Road in Westminster, Maryland. This is the home of The Girl Next Door Holistic Beauty and Healing Center. This beautiful property and cozy, rustic meeting space will house the activities of the day. We prefer to hold group experiences on Tuesdays or Thursdays, however, we are open to exploring other options based on your needs.
 
 
How does it work?
 
Simply follow this simple formula and we will take care of the rest!
Select your preferred date on either a Tuesday or Thursday
Tell us how many participants will attend (between 4 – 15, Note in colder weather we may have to limit the count to 10)
Select six items from our program menu
Fees begin as low as $250 per person
Share the results with us. That’s it!
